NARS SHEER GLOW FOUNDATION AND RADIANT CREAMY CONCEALER REVIEW

Nars Sheer Glow Foundation - Tahoe and Radiant Creamy Concealer in Ginger.

I purchased these two cult favourites from Mecca Maxima here in Melbourne as an early birthday treat haha So I looked up a couple of videos on Youtube to colour match myself because purchasing foundations online can be a bit risky and you can end up with the wrong shades. 

So I bought the shade Tahoe Med/Dark 2 and the concealer in the shade Ginger medium 2. These two are partners in crime and work perfectly when paired together. 

Pros:

1. Gives a very dewy finish
2. Is very build able and does not make you look cakey
3. Perfect colour match
4. Does not oxidise and make me look ashy
5. Lasts for a long time of you set it properly with translucent powder

Cons:

1. Its a high end product so can be bit pricey
2. Clings to dry patches if you dont prime and moisturise your face properly

So that was the pros and cons of the foundation. I normally use my beauty blender to blend out the foundation and concealer to even it out and it works perfectly for me.

So If you're a NC 45 in Mac this shade Tahoe will be perfect for you but its always good to go into the store to test it and the best way to test is to either put a tiny amount on your neck or jawline and always ask the sales rep to help you out.

I bought the concealer a few shades lighter to highlight my under eyes because I dont have any concealer that actually does that.

Hi guys this is Rhea Pillay and this is my first ever blogpost. I am 22 years old and a makeup enthusiast from Melbourne, Australia. I make beauty and singing videos on youtube so if you click this video that I have attached you will be able to subscribe to my channel.

Now on to the actual blog haha. So I recently celebrated my 22nd birthday and wanted to treat myself to some makeup and jumped onto the makeup geek website. They retail their eyeshadows for $5.99 and I bought myself 13 of them and a blush.

I also bought a few other things from their website but these eyeshadows were the stars of the show. So basically i was drawn to the neutral and warm toned eyeshadows.

I would highly request these eyeshadows to a anyone especially for people who are starting out on makeup and are looking for affordable eyeshadows and pigments. The eyeshadows are highly pigmented and creamy and are very easy to work with. They also sell brushes on their but thats for another time haha ;)
